Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 6, 2026
The Short Version
Splitt collects zero personal data. We don't track you, we don't sell your data, and we don't even have a server to store it on. Your workout data lives on your device and in your personal iCloud account.
Data Collection
Splitt does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Specifically:
- No analytics or tracking SDKs
- No crash reporting that includes personal data
- No advertising identifiers
- No email addresses or account information
- No usage data or behavioral tracking
Data Storage
Your workout data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. If you have iCloud enabled, your data syncs to your personal iCloud account via CloudKit. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple's infrastructure. We have no access to your iCloud data.
Third-Party Services
Splitt uses the following Apple services:
- iCloud (CloudKit): For syncing your workout data across your devices. Governed by Apple's privacy policy.
- StoreKit: For processing in-app purchases. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple.
Splitt does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Data Deletion
You can delete all your data at any time from Settings > Delete All Data within the app. This removes all workout data from your device and iCloud account.
Children's Privacy
Splitt does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Since we collect no data from anyone, this is inherently satisfied.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever change this policy, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Given that our policy is "we collect nothing," changes are unlikely.
